We're used to working in busy kitchens, but being amongst the star studded cast of chefs that packed into the Four Seasons for the 2018 James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour was something to remember. The fine folks at The Food Group brought us on to create some bite sized content for their client, Plugra Butter, which resulted in several short videos for use on their social platforms. We interviewed the chefs on location and captured them in action to tell some mouthwatering stories about what it takes to be one of the best chefs in the country.
